Speech and Drama

Speech and Drama classes help students build confidence, creativity and communication skills through performance. These small, 30-minute sessions are externally provided during school hours for Prep to Year 6, offering personalized attention and fun, interactive learning.

Music Lessons

Individual and group music lessons give students the chance to explore instruments and develop musical talent. Lessons are scheduled during school hours and cater to a range of skill levels, fostering a love for music in a supportive environment.

School Musical Production

Our annual musical production is a highlight of the year, combining singing, acting and dance in a professional-style performance. Students rehearse during school hours and after school, culminating in a spectacular show that celebrates creativity and teamwork.

Choir

Led by the Jubilee Music Teacher, our choirs perform at liturgies, church services and local eisteddfods throughout the year. Junior Choir (Prep–Year 3) and Senior Choir (Years 4–6) rehearse during school hours, giving students the chance to shine on stage and share their voices with the community.

Readers Cup

Readers Cup is a competitive reading challenge that promotes literacy and teamwork. Students prepare by reading selected texts and then compete in quiz-style events against other schools, showcasing their comprehension and collaboration skills.

AB Paterson Speaking Competition

This prestigious competition develops public speaking and presentation skills. Students craft and deliver speeches on set topics, representing Jubilee with confidence and eloquence in a formal setting.

Dance

Dance classes are externally provided by Dance World Academy and cater to all ages from 3 years old. Sessions are held after school on Thursdays and Fridays and on Saturdays in Jubilee Hall. Students learn ballet, jazz, acrobatics and contemporary dance, culminating in an exciting end-of-year concert.
