10:40 am – 11:20 am	Morning break
11:20 am – 1:20 pm	Middle teaching session
1:20 pm – 2:00 pm	Afternoon break
2:00 pm – 3:00 pm	Afternoon session
3:00 pm – 3:30 pm	Teacher supervised duty
